Sorting AAC files on USB stick with Sony Car Stereo.

I've just had a new stereo installed in my car after the last one packing up. I can play AAC files on through a USB stick, which is great as I will no longer have to mess about with CD's in the car

Only trouble I am having at the moment is with the order the tracks are seen by the stereo on the USB stick.

I copied and pasted my iTunes library and I was hoping that to search through the tracks on the stereo in the car that I would be able to search for band names first, then on to albums and then the songs. The stereo knows that the albums are in band order but it does not show the bands name and I have to cycle through every album on the stick, which is making browsing harder work than is should be.

An example of how it shows the albums is like:

    Back in Black
    The Razor's Edge
    Black Earth
    Stigmata
    Slaughter of the Soul
The Red in the Sky is Ours

Which is in Band order but the band is now shown.

Does anyone know what I have to do to get it to show them in band name first? Is it something to do with tags?

Also, does anyone know how to get a playlist to show up on the stereo as well? I've made one through iTunes and added to the stick but it's not showing up.

Thanks for any help and I hope what I said makes sense, it does to me but then I know what I'm trying to ask
