    Cabling....

    ... meep!

Help, I got my TV and DVD and AMP and Speakers and 5 little speakers Whats the best way to route cables around a room? I dont want to drill millions of holes in things....

I have a bench on the side which the stuff sits on - is it worth drilling a few holes in it and routing cables behind it?

Why do 5.1 Speakers have so many bloody cables to put around the room! GAH!

try to keep all the cables the same length unless you can adjust the latency on the amp (only half-expensive amps do this).. and if you do this dont coil the excess up, leave it in a pile. can you route the cables under the carpet? thats the easiest way - failing that route them round the edge of the room
