    'Entertainment PC'?

    www.entertainmentpc.co.uk

My dad spotted this in a magazine and was quite intrigued.

Look at the specs, it's basically the company marketing a Home Theater PC, which I think is a very good idea.

What my dad wants to know is how much these units cost? Anyone able to find out?

I doubt it'll be as cheap as building your own, but we're interested nonetheless

the cases they use on that site come in at between £190 and £300 so im guessing that they wont be cheap.

you can get the same functionality from a shuttle, etc....

Front end software = XLOBBY www.xlobby.com
Far far far better than myhtpc, but harder to setup. It is totally skinable and can look however you want it to. It's more like Meedio will be, but it's free and available now... not in ~September!

might be a good idea of you have any spares
