My mate has an iBead. I think that's what it's called. Search for it from Amazon. 256MB, charges from USB and has recording, etc.

I had one of these before i got my ipod, i've had a couple of other solid state ones but this was by far the best, id3 tag support, amazing battery life and expandability with compact flash cards up to around 1gig of space. Rechargable via usb is nice to have but when my ipod battery runs out occaisionally i wish i could just put a couple of AA's in and carry on. imo a good set of rechargable batterys is far better, you won't spend out loads on them and you can always have one spare incase it dies while your out. Plus being charged via usb is a pain in the ass on holiday unless you take a lappy. |

http://www.walibe.com/reviews-48-page1.html I reviewed the i-BEAD 200 recently so read what i said about it before you buy. It's good but there are flaws. If I were you i'd go for the DAH 1000 it's a far nicer player, does the same things almost and is not only stylish but a joy to use
