It's arrived, my subwoofer

It looks a lot better than that pic would let on, finished in gloss black, and it's fairly compact, had to fight through a vast array of packaing materials until i reached it. I've been testing it out on my dad's HT setup and it's sounding very promising, i'm not going to spend a long time setting it up though, as i'll have to undo it all and replace his replace his sub again when i've finished. I'll order a Scorpion subwoofer cable and AVIA DVD ready for when i get back to my HT so i can set it up properly and give it a proper testing

I picked up a multi-region Toshiba SD330e DVD player yesterday from Richer Sounds too, using their price beat policy on Amazon's offer of £80, so an absolute steal for £70! So lots of goodies to be playing with think i might go and order some Superbit DVD titles to play on them now

not really, apparently they are made using very well regarded components from the DIY subwoofer world and being manufacturers they don't have big dealer marks up or (clearly from their website) advertising budgets, i bought it after a few recommendations from some of the guys on www.avforums.com (thanks howard ), one of the guys says it easily out performs his REL Q150.
