    Neeeed Headphones With Mic

oh guys...this is doing my HEAD IN

You'd think this would be easier than it is....

I "used to own" some Senn HD570's which Sair has stolen from my head, to play IL-2 Forgotten Battles....she uses a Mic with them on the desk.

Leaving me with Plantronis ear 'ole torment

I have tried (even purchased, then sold on) Senn PC130's.....not bad, and nice long leads, but they rest on your lugs....not over them..
    http://www.sennheisercommunications.co.uk/pr-pc130.html

The HD570's are open backed and you can hear ambient noise (like me shouting to Sair/Rias for back up while my I get shot to bits)

I need Headphone and Boom mic for my pc....and its doing my head in

    Senn do a PC150 too
    http://www.sennheisercommunications.co.uk/pr-pc150.html

but what else is out there? I was hoping for Legin from AudioVisual Online to reply to a previous post ref Koss headsets....but no reply

My wallet and ears are in your trusty hands

not really....the real air-line ones scare me to death way ott

the little ones are too flimsy...and SADLY I emails the dudes at Audio Visual Online and they say the Koss ones were a bit "lacking" and the one set they DID like aren't made anymore

Which leaves me back at the door of Sennheiser.....not a BAD thing really, but I gotta buy the £55 PC150's to be comfy ...

oh well....was HOPING one of you lot had made a recent discovery

    Cheers Fondie....for asking and caring

it is class - you dont have to have the active bass on all the time

and for £17 they beat the be-jeezus out of plantronics

cool, my suggestions were bit on the heavy duty side, ott is my style i'm afraid was just wondering whether you'd lost your mind and forgottened about your last thread

how about these Koss ones, can't find any reviews but they look fairly swanky, from the norwegian Komplett, £35 :-

And they said they weren't what the ywere hoping for.

The ONE SET they did like (could well be those) aren't available.

    Zak

That is the one that we liked. They have really good base and a great mic (very clear sound)... but they are no longer available and there does't yet appear to be a replacement available in the UK yet.

Sorry it took me so long to reply I've not been here in a short while.
