Slipknot Vol.3 The subliminal verse's

Grabbed this album out of interest about a week ago and was pleasantly surprised, there were only a few tracks off slipknot and iwoa that i liked but this seems different, the first 2 tracks were a shock as they're quite slow and not at all what i expected. and there's actually proper shred solo's in there aswell.

Just seen one of their vid's on kerrang.I take it must be their new single.First time I've heard the song.I have a few of their singles,no albums tho.I liked this song the drums and guitar thumped along well together.The vid was set in a room of a house with loads of their fans busting in.Quite good kept me amused.Don't think i'll bother with the album.I do like the lead singers vocals.....

Yeah thats duality, there's an internet only single aswell called pulse of the maggots you can get off they're website which is pretty good, its got an awesome solo in it thats kinda like early slayer.

Early- Slayer, God i can remember them and I even seen the in the 80's ,think it was with Anthrax at the Newcastle Mayfair before it closed.Starting to feel my age now lol.

havnt got the album yet....but got the other 2

first one was pretty good at the time imo - iowa went down hill a bit

ive got the first first album - mate feed kill repeat too with a different lead singer and even tho corey can sing really well if he tries, like in bother by stone sour anders (original slipknot lead singer) really rules

slipknot - gently, its on iowa and its on mate feed kill repeat too but with different singers and styles, but the mate feed kill repeat wins hands down imo

nevertheless might as well get the new album, im sure itll be alrite

I've got mate feed kill repeat here somwhere but have yet to listen to it, i'd heard it wasn't as good due to the lack of corey's vocals, shall have to give it a listen at some point this week.

I'm finding it's their best so far - with Iowa and Slipknot, the singles were good, and maybe the first half of the album, but then it just got obscure

but this one, I can actually listen to it all through without feeling the need to skip - Vermilion is absolutely amazing, and I really love the first track as well. They played a blinding set at Donnington and can't wait to see them on the Unholy Alliance tour with Slayer

knox its about track 3 or 4, its not played the same way they do it on iowa, but it really is class

the first song 'slipknot' has got a long intro but is pretty cool too
