    I, Robot

    Who else has seen this?

What a movie. Very suspenseful and there weren't any boring moments really. I like Will Smith too.

many boring moments for me. thought it was ok but seemed to follow american formula to the letter, the 'battle the rack server' at the end just capped it off.

good visuals, good concept but i thought it was overall average.

I enjoyed it, not all out action but it had its moments, kinda like minority report in that way, never a "dull" moment, unlike spiderman 2 which i saw last night, I may have been tired and hung over but christ that had some boring sections to it :

i thought there could have been more suspense, the film seemed to lack depth, and didn't require much thinking. also the action scenes seemed too fast - so fast that you couldn't really tell what was going on. it was okay, but not as good as I was expecting it to be... :/

the converse sneakers product placement was just rediculous! "check out my converse 2004 sneakers" - "wow they're nice" - "nice boots" - etc etc etc.

yeah it was an goodfilm, the CG was stunning. tell ya what though, first 5 minutes made me think it was gonna be product placement galore, fortunately it died down within 5 minutes and the film was pretty good.

Before I watched it I thought it was going to be awful and after 5 minutes I thought I was right 'converse all stars vintage 2004' or whatever. However after that I was pleasantly surprised and I enjoyed the rest the of the film. It was by no means a great film but its a good film and definitely worth a watch.

The one thing that angers me is the fact that the Movie title has no connection to the movie.

I sugest you go read the books that they took the title from and see my point.

It kinda pisses me off that they basically took the laws of robotics, half ignored them, took some of azimovs characters, half ingonred what they were meant to be about & called it after his first book of short stories when in fact it had very little to do with ANY of his books & basically flies in the face of some of the major points he puts forwards....but apart from that...

It was an OK film though it was hardly original (the prime directives anyone? ).

Do the robots remind anyone else of Bjork in the All Is Full Of Love video?
