    Bit of sad news...

The actor Tim Choate died on September 24th in a motorcycle accident . Who he? He played the namesake of one of our notable forumists, that's to say Zathras.

"Probably have very sad death. Here at least is symmetry. Zathras can never have anything nice?"

Will watch a couple of episodes of Babylon 5 tonight in memory. If you havent seen Babylon 5 give it a go, probably the best scifi series or film ever made.

Agreed completely; and as we all know "Ivanova is always right. I will listen to Ivanova. I will not ignore Ivanova's recommendations. Ivanova is God. And, if this ever happens again, Ivanova will personally rip your lungs out!"

I inherited most of the videos from a mate, have them all apart from a few from the last season. Would like to get them on dvd at some point just to cut down on the amount of space they take up.

    Poor Zathras

Nicho, whats the quality of the DVD like? I've heard a few rumours that it wasn't too good, end even one that said that they either cropped or padde the TV version to get the widescreen because it wasn't filmed in widescreen. I keep seeing the boxsets on Amazon and getting really tempted.

They told me I was gullible ... and I believed them.

Haven't watched mine for a bit, but from what I recall the quality was good. I didn't notice cropping or padding, but then like I say, it's a while since I watched them.
