| Speaker Problem Not sure of the model numbers atm as Im not at home. I have a full Sony setup ( TV, Surround Sound speakers with amp and bass ) and the front left speaker seems to loose 'sound' a lot of late. The speaker will sometimes also give out a interferance like sound. In fact last night the sound was off more than on in the speaker. Removed and refitted all the connection from the speaker and the dvd but nothing seems to work. Is this a simple lead problem? |

| I'm guessing the speakers are passive and they are amped by a centeral unit? I very much doubt its a speaker problem, have you tryed swaping the speakers around - that sounds (if its only on that channel - or independantly on others) like an amp problem. Is your source connected via analogue or digital? When it happens is there any interfearence with the other channels?
