Can TFT pc monitors do HDTV?

    Namely the Dell 2405FPW..
its a 24" widescreen one with a native resolution of 1920x1200.
It also has a component input which IIRC can carry a HDTV signal?

Are there any other ways to get hdtv? i have a chipped xbox that id like to play games on in HDTV mode if possible.. would a vga adaptor work?
