    Isle of Wight Festivial

Did anyone go? This festival is really back on the map now, with bands such as Razorlight, REM, Travis, Snow Patrol, Faithless, Embrace & Roxy Music amongst the many bands.

I had a great time with me mates, a very friendly laid back atmosphere not quite as hextic as somewhere like Reading Fest.

Anyone else make it to the island?

    this was awesome.

i went straight to the front on the sunday, and was standing around for 7 hours waiting for coldplay. lou reed, richard ashcroft, and coldplay of course were all absolutely awesome.

i was lucky to be where i was - shame i didnt't take a proper camera tho!

i just really hope they will release a dvd of all the sets

fyi i was a bit disappointed by foo fighters, and i couldnt hack it in the crowd, people just went mad, whereas coldplay was crushed but people weren't 'pushing'
