    What kind of headphones? What are they for?

    The Sennheiser HD215 Pro headphones ore really good for about £40. Or HD 515 for £55
    Or you could get some farily good wireless ones.

    the e2cs are good, it depends what you want, for portable goodness you wont find better than the sennheiser px100s (or is it 150s, whichever the open folding ones are)
