Here's a pic of my setup. Not really in the same league as most of the ones here

    I like it though!

    Technosonic 32" LCD
    Amstrad Sky Box
    Bush DVD player (rubbish)
5.1 surround system from above DVD player (the sub is behind the pc)
My future file server/ current DVD player/media centre thing

    Oh and excuse the mess.

    Smile

This thread seems to have died a bit, so thought I'd pimp it up a tad

Will get some pictures up soon, but my setup involves:
    Video:
    Sony VPL-VW50 1080p SXRD projector
2.2m wide Ikea Tupplor screen (will get a proper screen one day ). So at 16:9 gives around 2.75m diagonal

    Audio:
Sony STR-DA7100ES 9.1 digital amplifier (although I use a stereo pair driving speakers in the kitchen).
    Monitor Audio R452MD fronts
Monitor Audio Radius R90 surround speakers (4 of them)
    Paradigm CC350 centre speaker
Paradigm Servo 15 sub (evil mofo )

Use my PS3 as a bluray source and my PC for standard def DVDs with TheaterTek and HD-DVDs with PowerDVD Ultra.

Audio CDs are played back via a Pioneer DV757 spinner, connected to the amp via firewire / i-link. Knocks the socks off over any other connection

I know. Problem is my install is a bit heath robinson at the moment. I was going to finalise it all and put up the projector on its ceiling mount and tidy it all up but it's still just resting on a load of boxes at the back (works fine though!). I'll get some WIP pictures up then

Main stand. Above the PC in the left hand space, there's the xbox HD-DVD drive for use with the PC. Little black thing in the middle is the receiver for the wireless keyboard (ebuyer cheapie which isn't that good ) and on the right, the control box for the sub. In the middle, it's the amp, and on the right, the DVD player at the bottom with the PS3 above it.

Photo of the sub on the left.

Overall view of the rear of the lounge with the surround speakers and the PJ on the speaker boxes

    The projector close up

Will get some photos of the pictures it produces on the screen up a bit later.

Its a darn nice HTPC setup, have read about it over on avforums. I think you need to seek professional help for your bass addiction though!

I'll post me kit and get pics up shortly...

    Sony 55A2000 SXRD rear-pro
    Sky HD
    Sony RDR-HX525 DVD/HDD recorder
Xbox 360 (connected to MCE PC upstairs)
    Wii
    Arcam A85 stereo amp
    Rotel RCD-951 CD
    Monitor Audio BR5 speakers
Lots of analogue cables that usually start arguments here and some cheap-ish digital ones.

Still looking for a good deal on PS3, and waiting 'til we move into our new house (dining room you say ? I think not !) and the new audio formats settle down before I get my toe back in the multi-channel waters. Missing it badly, and the Panny all in one in the bedroom doesn't really cut it !
