| ..LE26R74BDX recommendations/advice/help, please! Hey, ...yes it's yet ANOTHER LCD recommendations thread. Basically I'm looking at getting a new HDTV and have been looking at the Samsung 26" LE26R74BDX... which I have found for about £499. I was wondering whether anyone would recommend another panel over this one? ..plus any thoughts on the above model would be great. Also a question I have about the LE26R74BDX is can it be wall mounted? (I have searched but can't seem to find the answer...) If so what standard does it use for compatible wall brackets? Any help would be much appreciated, Thanks. |

| Great TV, oodles of connection options including full component input and optical out for sound; use mine as a PC monitor as well - probably getting a 360 at the end of the month. The only thing is the speakers produce a flat sound, so it really needs a surround or decent 2.1 system to maximise its potential. At that price it's very good, I paid £580 for mine. From XTR's What your car says about you Ford Escort - I’m a wannbe boy-racer, but in secret I buy pot plants for my mummy & take my Grandma shopping every week. | My Dad bought one for his missus' son, and in my rather limited experience of 26" LCDs, it's definitely one of the better ones. Got my 360 hooked up to that last time I was up there and it looked great, better than the older 32" Sammy downstairs, infact. |
