Better audio then me gaming headset?

Hey, I've had a corsair hs1a for a few years now and am interested in an upgrqde but I am unsure weather to get another gaming headset or go audio and soundcard.
I currently mainly use my PC for audio, movies, anime and music. What would you guys reccomend ?
( I don't want to go Ott for price)
    Thanks.

What's your budget? And what's the current sound processing/card/chip in your PC?

Gaming headsets have a lot of bass and suck on the rest. May I suggest a pair of Superlux 668B they cost around £30 and sound good

I can't post a link but of you Google corsair HS1A, you can see the specs,
    My budget is £200.

Do you have any audio out from the PC at all? If so, what's the chip (if you don't know, tell use the make/model of motherboard).

Realtek 1150 then? I use a pair of sennheiser PC 350 SEs which are great, but spendy. You can get better audio quality from a similarly priced pair of hifi headphones, but I value the closed backness and integrated mic.
