I have just purchased a 2002 peugeot 307 hdi 90 rapier. There is no locking wheel nut thing for me to remove the wheels. Does any one know where i can get one and how much they would cost roughly.
Many thanks.

go buy a new set of locking nuts, and pop to any garage, they will get them off for a tenner in there dinner hour as they will have the removal kit.
it does destroy them to get them off.
I called in at a garage and asked them about the locking wheel nuts and they have said that unless i can get hold of the key it is going to make a mess of the alloys as they are so small. What else can i do, would the main peugeot dealership be able to get hold of one?
The dealer should have provided it!? Tried arguing with them?
Try asking a few other places to remove them too... I don't see why they would make a mess of the alloys.
I purchased the car from a private sale and they did say they didnt have the locking wheel nut key, i didnt think it was going to be such a problem and thought i would be able to get hold of 1.
large screwdriver, hammer, place driver in key hole, smash the crap out of it with the hammer.
job done
If you have a similar sized socket, then grab a lump hammer and hammer it on
Or just go to another garage, practically any garage will be able to get it out easily and quickly (try the smaller garages)
sound slike a crappy key operated cover, they are not hard to remove,
