This website was featured on Top Gear lastnight, i'm surprised they found it so quick really, usually they are slow on the uptake with news.

The Ital was an amazing car in so many ways.

When I turned the lights on, some of the dashboard switches got so hot from the backlighting that you had to jab at them to turn them on/off for fear of burning your finger.

Under heavy breaking you had to really fight to keep the thing in a straight line, the back would try and overtake the front.

Going around a corner was just not advisable. the suspension was that bad.

I once noticed the hose to the air filter was directed into the inner wing in the engine bay, so I strapped it pointing forwards into the incoming air next to the radiator (like a proper car). The boost in power from the 1.7 engine was enough that the following weekend I pointed it back into the inner wing so I wasn't so scared

Most of the sparkplugs could be removed with a standard plug spanner, but one of them required a special tool to get past the distributor.

Even for a student car it was just awful!

For some reason people kept breaking into it. I assume they thought if I was stupid enough to buy an Ital I was stupid enough to leave £200 in the glove box
