I always knew you were a bit odd Zak...

It's a bit tired to say it but car design peaked in the 50s and 60s and you could pick just about any race/super/sports car from that period for a sexy (but still feminine) car. Car design got a lot more masculine from the 70s onwards.

TTIUWP and all that but:

50s - Abarth 205
60s - Lotus Elite
60s - Lotus Elan
60s - Lamborghini Miura
60s - Ferrari 250 LM
60s - Ford GT40
60s - Shelby Daytona Coupe
60s - Jaguar E-Type (though I prefer the look of the one-off XJ13)

That's mostly 60s cars but the basic shapes were taking form in the last 50s AFAIK...

I think the only modern cars that come close to outright 'phwoar factor' of the best 60s cars are the current Astons (and maybe Alfa with the 8C and 4C though not in that bloody stupid matte paint job)

Must be used ones if they are sitting at a dealer.

They have improved thier production over the years, now there is a 12 month waiting list

When my Aunt got hers there was a 10 year waiting list.

Every panel is marked with her last name so they could keep track of them through the production process and she even got a book with it that detailed the production of her specific car, including photos throughout the production process.

but you are right, theyre mainly used. some new ones, some customized ones if you ask nicely, what do you expect from the worlds oldest morgan dealer though?
they even have some pedal ones that are limited edition



but (in the context of this thread) wont that be like the blow-up-doll of the car world? you cant meet other cars, so you make do with a pedal one instead?
