    and moreover, they make cars for Nissan, who, it seems, worked out the miss-leading numbers themselves first!

    No European cars seem to be involved, but it kills Mitsu stock values

    I was more surprised to see that mitsubishi had been making cars for nissan, really - everyone knows the car industry has pulled out all the tricks they can to minimise losses when on test (low viscosity engine oils, taping up panel seams etc)

    Phew.

    I thought we might have had another VW issue. I had visions of my Mitsubishi having the same problems.

    It's now a shame that more companies are cheating on emissions.
