2017 Ford Mustang GT

I've been looking on and off at one for a while, a little more spur of the moment compared to other purchases but all being well next week this will be in my hands.

Always been set on magnetic grey, but after seeing a grabber blue in the flesh my mind was changed. That and the choice of waiting a week or anywhere from 4-6 months for a factory order...

Can't stand the custom pack chrome and given the choice have always spec'd the only 3 options available. (Sound system, headed/cooled seats, parking sensors) Low and behold for the first time in a while a showroom model actually coming with options you'd want!

Apologies for the awful photos, only had my phone and the showroom & bright sun combo. I think it comes out a slightly different shade in each. Certainly haven't seen too many others in the same shade yet.

The shopping basket has already been half filled with additions to it, but will be a little while as my wallet has taken a big enough pounding this month.

Yeah not sure what they were thinking bundling the bling with sensible upgrades, it works on some colours but not others. I did pop in an view one in the showroom (only had the convertible inside, but had a cancelled customer order coupe outside as they changed there mind and wanted a V8). Very nice looking cars inside and out. Sadly the demonstrator was out that day and the maths didn't add up to purchase so spent my time looking round used car lots instead

Love the look of it, bit too big a vehicle for me for the roads I drive. Excellent value for money. We had the ecoboost demonstrator kicking about at work a while ago, I didn't get a chance to try it out but apparently that was just as good, albeit without the noise.

The guy who was driving about said the most irritating thing about it was the amount of people who wanted to race you.

That colour is lush.

Very jealous, looks lovely I so nearly put down a deposit for one of these a couple of months ago..but I just couldn't get the finance to work out for me on the V8. I ended up going for a M240i which is roughly the same 335bhp but much cheaper /month. Smaller and doesn't look as nice as that beautiful mustang though. The mustang is just in a different league and for the size of car great value for money (just not on a PCP!).

Hope you enjoy it - it's a beautiful car with a lovely sounding engine!

Saw a yellow one locally - it is quite striking.
