best fan set up on haf xb

New build need some idea for fan set up on haf xb.

Going for H100 CPU cooler and a R9 290x so going to need help keeping the noise down.
Should the H100 push or pull?

Some people would suggest that push would give better performance, as it is taking air from atmospheric pressure, and increasing the pressure slightly to force it through the fins. In theory denser air leads to more heat loss. The difference is so minute however, that it effectively makes no difference.

For performance, push is the same as pull.
However, pull traps less dust between fans and radiator.

In push-pull, I often hear it recommended to have both sets the same fan, or have a lower speed set of fans in the push role. Having faster fans pushing into slower ones messes up both the airflow and the fans themselves, apparently.
