Corsair 450D case only one power light on?

I've got the 450D and wired up the front panel correctly for my motherboard the Asus PT6-SE.
But only one of the lights next to the power switches comes on.
I swapped the + and - terminals around on the mobo connector and the light on the other side of the power switch came on instead.
So it's not a bulb issue.
What do I have to do to get both lights working together??
The power and reset switches are fine.

The PWR LED should always be on. The HDD LED however would just flicker every time you are accessing the boot drive. So basically it's not on all the time. Is this what you are seeing? or is it simply off? Make sure to reference your MB manual, HDD LED does require you to plug in the correct polarity to function properly.
