OCZ to showcase 1GHz RAM at CEBIT
To a Gigahertz, and beyond! OCZ's PC2-8000 is designed to run at 1GHz DDR and beyond. It will be showcased at this year's CEBIT in Hannover. It'll be available in 512MiB and 1GiB modules, as well as in dual channel kits. Get more details in their press release.
