Thinner screens are great.
Pioneer "Project Kuro" plasma takes the cake at 9mm. Granted, LCDs and plasma have slightly different markets. |

Project Kuro was the extreme contrast prototype Pioneer showed off, this isn't the same as the 9mm panel they demoed, I can't remember the name of it.
The 9mm Pioneer in incredibly impressive, especially because plasmas are generally thicker than LCDs. |
