    Great work man.
Just read through the entire thing.
Nice to see some stuff being done low level cash, high level finish.

    Re: Project: Spork

Oh dear, someing was not right, got a call on friday the pc was dead
    Just wouldn't trun on.

He broght it over I've I just spent a good few hours trying to figure out what was wrong.

basically press the power button and all the fans start and lights light for about 1second then shut off.

I ran through all sorts of thing, different psu, takeing the motherboard out, changring ram slots, changeing ram, etc, etc.
Just annoyingly sometimes it would boot ok, only to fail again on the next restart.
Kept thinking I had it then no.
Sometimes it booted ok but reset it self after 1min

It was looking more and more like the motherboard had died
I had noticed in one of the successful attempts the memory speed and voltages where wrong on auto.

Finally after resetting the CMOS and manageing to get it into BIOS and not have it reboot, I reset all the BIOS options, taking all the speed and voltage setting off Auto and setting them manually.
And low and behold, it lives!
Reboot it still lives Stress test, reboot, still lives, put the case back together, still lives.

All is right in the world again, however my new pc case review is now very delayed

    Re: Project: Spork

Well at least you don't have to spend any more £s to buy new equipment, maybe the BIOS just got corrupted or something, weird though how it doesn't run on auto settings, maybe needed optimized default perhaps.

Either way, good that you've sorted it out, get writing with the casecom!

    Re: Project: Spork

I'm always amazed at how much time/effort you modders put into the cases/projects, and the end product is always staggeringly beautiful. I wish I had the time and patience to learn how to do all of this, last time I tried a simple recolour of a side panel it went completely wrong so I can't trust myself anymore . Keep up the amazing work!
