My bros got a similar case to this, i found that grill on top restricts alot of airflow, mod it to a normal grill or sweet lasercut one, will improve looks and air flow.

that will spoil the looks in my opinion

if you wish to improve airflow.. simply remove the filter

its not the filter imo if the actually grill, the very small holes restrict airflow from what i can see and feel

hmm a top blow hole... I am torn.

As you may or may not know I am an owner of an original design BW and I have to say that I really like the straight lines and solid feel of the case.

Prior to getting my BW I had just (literally days) finished modding a cheap £30 case into what I considered to be a master piece.

Now the thing I really loved about this case was the top window and blowhole.

When my black widow arrived and I took it out of the box I imeditally began to miss the top window and blowhole to the point where i was contemplating adding at least a blowhole to the BW.

Having now seen this premodded version I am glad that I didn't put a blowhole in. Asythecially speaking I personally don't like the look of that meshed hole.

imo, if you're going to make a hole in a beautiful case you should make a hole to match. This one, imo, does nothing for the case.

And adding one for yourself (myself) would be a massive challenge not to mess up the styling of the case.
