Heres some pictures of my build, started with a crappy Qtec case and have been cutting it to pieces ever since. The window is custom cut and so is the perspex, and the front intake fan also.

Its amazing you can do whatever you want with your case, but if you want to get people saying "WTF is that thing", but a large copper finned heatsink in your case. It looks like a freakin jet engine or something. Silent also, and cools pretty well... always a bonus.

Basingstoke isn't that bad at night. OK, perhaps there are quite a few police there, but nothing to worry about. Leimrod, very nice case there. Which cooler is that you've got stuck on there? The blue makes it look even cooler (please excuse the pun) than it already does. Nice job.

Finally got round to putting the watercooling together in ym case.

It all started off so innocently back then

    Day one

    Specs back then:

    Asus A8N-SLI
    3700+ Sandy,
    1GB Geil Ultra-X
    256Mb 7800GTX
    200GB Maxtor SATA Drive
    Tagan 530W Modular PSU
All held together in an Akasa Eclipse.

    Recently

Then it changed to adding the CPU cooler (Akasa Evo 33), swapping the 7800GTX for a 7900GT and adding the X-Fi Gameboy version.

    Off

    On

    Now the Specs are:

    DFI Lanparty SLI-D
    Athlon X2 4200+
    2GB G.Skill HZ PC4000
    256Mb 7900GT
    250GB Maxtor SATA Drive
    X-Fi Gameboy Version
    Tagan 530W Modular PSU
All held together in an Akasa Eclipse with top mounted Alphacool NexXxos Extreme Dual Rad with dual Papst 4412's at 7V, Aplhacool Laing DDC-1 Plus with Plexi and Res Top's, Danger Den TDX for CPU and Maze 4 for the GPU with Zalman Ram Sinks.

It's been a journey, made all the easier by people dumping their Socket 939 stuff at rock bottom prices as they switch to conroe, I may even join them soon enough, would eb interesting to see what Conroe could bring to me.

only problem being is the dust shows up, eventually become less anal about gettign every spec of dust out, just happy that the thing works and isn't a glorified fish tank now that I have switched to watercooling.
