I've got the same case/HSF and PSU as you

I've disabled the top fan though, and run my TRUE at a different angle so the fan at the back takes air off the HSF fan too. My GFX exhausts air out the back of the case so I don't think I need anything else.

I have also disabled the roof fan, i actually cover the whole to stop dust getting in, i have also added a piece of tissue in the front vents to redude the dust coing through.
the board i have means i can only have it this way as the bracket only fits this way , but its ok because the air being directed from the gfx card (which gets ridiculously hot!) i don't know why but i have the psu upside down.

it's really nice having a low powered bulb behind the monitor cos it illuminates your desk and keyboard but doesn't cause any glare.. it also seems to make the screen more colourful

i wanna get rid of the wires

i wanna get rid of the wires
Grab a slab of MDF (~£5 > £10 @ B&Q etc) and a few lengths of wood and make a false wall slightly higher than the distance from the shelf to the desktop and the same width

Make a frame using the lengths of wood and slap the MDF on to the frame - mount the monitor and speakers on the MDF and run the wires through holes in the MDF and down behind the desk.

    Simples <squeak>
