Inflation is increasing at the moment, you know. Everything is going up rapidly, so why not memory numbering?

AMD has done a great job with the new HD 4000 series cards. Much faster than the previous HD 3000 series. One single HD 4850 is faster or equal to the high end HD 3870 X2 card. So I can only imagine how super fast the HD 4870 X2 will perform.

    AMD Phenom 9850BE - OCZ Plat. Dual Ch DDR2-1000 8GB (2GB x 4)(CL 5-5-5-18) - Sapphire Radeon HD 4870 512MB GDDR5 - Gigabyte 790FX GA-MA790FX-DQ6 - Vista Ultimate SP1 64-Bit Edition
