What DS games to get?

Not got many games for my DS (Brain Training, new Mario Bros, Pipe Mania, Lego Starwars, Tetris DS), and am looking for ideas on what else to get?

Suggestions?

Mario Kart is a must have, GTA (if you can persevere) & FIFA are all good to pick up and play.

FonZy = 3 to start with

If you don't mind investing huge chunks of time into games you could get:

Final Fantasy (3,4 and 12)
Dragon Quest games
Super Robot OG Endless Saga (this will be an import, can be had cheap)
Chrono Trigger
Nanostray 1 and 2
Ketshi Death Label (limited print, best shmup on DS, hard to find though)
Sonic Collection (Get the US version as it runs faster than the PAL/Euro release)
GTA: Chinatown Wars
Space Invaders Extreme
Big Bang Mini
Metroid Prime
Moon (alright ish FPS for the DS)

List is endless really, The Madden games are alright for the DS to, last one I played was Madden 09, could try blood bowl to if you were ever into the Games Workshop table top version. A little bit to small on the screen but you soon work around it.

If you were a fan of the Mario games you could try:

Yoshi's Island
Super Princess Peach
Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story
Mario Vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis (A little like tower defence)

If there are any of the games above you wouldn't mind seeing then I could try and do a quick vid of some of the games. However most of them are all over youtube

imho there are quite a few hidden gems that have been overlooked on the DS

chrono trigger- one of the best rpg ever

Great recommendations above; Phoenix Wright is great.

I actually enjoyed Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks, so that could be worth a look if you're a fan of the series

You seem to like animal games besides the other ones, so I'd strongly recommend "Zoo Tycoon" for ds. It's a fun game ( I don't have it, but my friend does, I've played hers before), and it fits what you like.

Give it a try, I'm sure you will enjoy it ! =)

Edit: I also think you would like the new final fantasy games for ds.

If you like Japanese humour, then the Phoenix Wright series of games are a MUST. They're brilliant! I like to dust them off every once and a while and give them a play through (Usually when I've forgot what happens in each - not long then lol)

Kingdom hearts on the ds is a good game and Pokémon black and white also Zelda the phantom hourglass is great Hav'nt played spirit tracks yet .
