New TV with lots of HDMI ports

    Hi Hexites,
I'm after a new low end telly to replace a 10 year old LCD I have. Needs to be no bigger than 40", but with 4 HDMI inputs. (XBox 360, Xbone, PS4 + Fire tv stick). It's going to be used by the kids to play games/watch tv on, so it doesn't have to be stunningly high performing, but I don't want ghosting on games etc.

Richer sounds have a Sony 32" with 4 HDMIs for £249, so I'm guessing around that price, give or take £100.

    Recommendations?

This is the Sony one I mention above, but I'm not a big fan of Sony....

For that price and considering it's got everything you want then I'd go for the Sony.

If the number of HDMI ports is an issue, you could always get something like this:

Re: New TV with lots of HDMI ports

@MrJim, I had a box that did that with component inputs back in the day, it was a real PITA. I'd prefer something I only have to cable once and then it's all good. Thanks anyway.

Anyone seen one of the new 4K HiSense tellies? 4k and an extra 8" for £50 might seem like a decent investment.

Re: New TV with lots of HDMI ports

Doesn't the Xbone have HDMI passthrough? If so you could run one of the other devices through it?

It does, but you need the Xbox One turned on for the signal to pass through.
