Corsair Dominator Memory / Fan Questions
Hi,
1, Firstly what is the difference between: TWIN2X4096-8500C5D and TWIN2X4096-8500C5DF 2, With the dominator fan, are they automatically temperature controlled, and do they have a 3pin with rpm connection so I can use the motherboard to slow them down if not. 3, Does it void the warranty if I want to run these at 1200Mhz, and what is the highest voltage allowed under warranty? Thanks. |

Re: Corsair Dominator Memory / Fan Questions
1. F means is come with a fan.
2. The fan is just a fan, it has a 3 pin header. 3. Speed will not void the warranty. Max voltage is 2.1v. The info you have requested and more can be found here: Memory Resources Links |

just out of interest, does any of your RMA team know if memory has been damaged by overvolting? (just curious, I'm not going to play the system ior anything, lol!) |
