Hello, I have submitted a post which partially relates to this one. Anyways. I am planning to buy ASUS STRIKER II Extreme 790i Ultra and i would like some advice regarding 4GB kits offered by corsair which are SLI certified and can go 2000mhz in dual channel. If that's not possible can you give me some recomendations for 2GB kits (same speed). I know that SLI Certified sticks has EPP2.0 technology and that thingie sets up RAM clocks & Voltages for user, am I right? Thanks in advance

Re: New Memory PC16000 for ASUS STRIKER II EXTREME You would definitely need a kit from our Dominator line to hit those speeds: http://www.corsairmemory.com/product...r/default.aspx OFFICIAL CORSAIR TECH SUPPORT ![]() Yes, Yellowbeard, a tall rough man with a big yellow beard

Re: New Memory PC16000 for ASUS STRIKER II EXTREME Thanks for reply. That's exactly what i needed to know. One more question are those 4GB kits need to be set up manually in bios? I mean manual change of voltages, timings etc?

Re: New Memory PC16000 for ASUS STRIKER II EXTREME The kits with the part number ending in NV have the EPP SLI Ready settings. Otherwise, you will need to set the manually in the BIOS. OFFICIAL CORSAIR TECH SUPPORT ![]() Yes, Yellowbeard, a tall rough man with a big yellow beard
