Corsair Dominator Platinum not running at correct speed?

When I put in my 16GB 1600MHz kit, the BIOS of my motherboard (Z87X-UD4H) saw it as 1333MHz, so I manually adjusted that to 1600MHz.

Now I checked Speccy and it's showing the timings as 9-11-11-29 rather than 9-9-9-24. What's the reason this happened?

If you choose to manually set the frequency, you'll also have to manually set those timings. If you want it to happen automagically, use the XMP setting. It will set the timings and frequently with 1 BIOS selection.
