    Contact details for warranty claims

    Hi,

What is the process for a warranty claim? I've got some XMS3 where one stick has gone bad - memtest86 reports errors whichever slot it's in whilst the other 3 modules get no errors reported.

    Thanks

Re: Contact details for warranty claims

This is getting to be a joke. I am going around in circles with support. I have 2 tickets, 620852 and 624181.

My machine has 32GB RAM. It is a single kit. 1 module is faulty. I must send the entire kit back. This means I cannot use my computer for work.

I ask if there's a way around. Apparently express replacement is that way. I pay money on my credit card to receive a new kit, it is refunded when the faulty kit is returned. Fine.

Why has it been going around in circles for 2 weeks. I just want the site to be updated so I can put my damn credit card details in!

Why is it that each time I ask for an update, nothing has happened?
