It is crap, for the first couple of months when it was free and I was still in the "happiness" warranty period is was fine - as soon as I start paying it goes downhill like a lead balloon.

They sent me an email stating "we’ll give first priority to those things most people want to do in the evening – like emailing, looking at websites, watching things on sites like BBC iPlayer" - it goes on to say that online TV could even be better - rubbish, I tried watching online TV tonight for the first time on O2 and its impossible.

Speedtest.net gives me a connection speed of 0.49Mb/s download and 0.27Mb/s upload, my contract is for up to 8Mb/s and I was quoted an average speed of 7Mb/s which is stated on my account page.

I've been on hold to the technical support people for almost an hour now and still I get crap music and no help.

I have a Netgear Router DG834G v5, I have plugged one home plug into the power and into the router and the other homeplug into mains and into Ethernet port on 2nd computer but I cannot connect to internet. The two computers are situated in next door rooms on the same floor and on the same ring main. Any ideas on what is wrong?
