1, Your site does not allow my to input my name as per my credit care i.e. 2 initials not 1.

2, My bank is refusing to release funds as a way of "protecting" me from online fraud.

The site difficulties aside, I was told that you are having difficulty taking orders over the phone due to the system being down.

As a result I will order from a competitor, due to the fact that after speaking to 3 different people at ebuyer no one could help either with the site or ordering on the phone.
