8gb voyager now shows up as 3.5gb, sucks

Not only have I lost a bunch of space on my drive but it's acting weirdly on Linux machines. I used it as a boot disc for Portable Linux.

Any idea of techniques to recover the space after diagnosing the problem? Thanks.

Is it using the rest for a swap/temp partition?

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.
