Tempremental Voyager
Hi, i bought a 2gb corsair flash voyager from scan for my girlfriends birthday back in april, and it's started playing up really badly. It works in one or two pcs but only after taking it out and putting it back in again several times. Normally it just gets a message saying "USB device not recognised". It's taken me a week to get it working long enough to back everything up on it.
Any known ways to fix this (I tried reformatting) or is it RMA time for it? Thanks for your help. Joe |

If you have tested it on several PCs and get the same failures, please RMA it. You can RMA directly to Corsair but you will have to ship to the US. You may be better served if your retailer can assist you. However, we'll happily replace it for you and sorry you had the issue.

Re: Tempremental Voyager
sorry about the thread revival but my voyager has died on me too, just wanted to know if this got sorted through scan or did you have to rma directly to the US. Might as well buy a new one as shipping to the states will cost a few quid and most 2gb are quite cheap now.

Re: Tempremental Voyager
Currently, you do have to RMA to Corsair via California USA. Is your drive more than 1 year old?

Re: Tempremental Voyager
i just sent an 8gb version back and postage was only a couple of quid, hardly a headache, and customer support so far has been excellent, i'm just waiting for the new one to be shipped back, that wait is probably the worst thing about the whole deal, but hey, it's a small price to pay for such a good warrantee which is one of the reasons i purchased it in the first place
