4GB Voyger GT
Hi
I purchased a 4GB Voyager GT a couple of months ago.... don't worry it's still working ![]() My problem is that the other day (for the first time) I plugged in the USB extension cord that came with the VoyagerGT, but unfortunately the Voyager stick was not detected by the PC when using the supplied cable. I managed to borrow a USB cable from a friends cheap USB memory stick, and that worked fine with the VoyagerGT, so I can only conclude that there is something wrong with the cable I received. Is there any chance I can get a replacement cable please? I did try writing an email to Corsair to request a new cable, but recieved a reply from a "James Yu" in marketing offering to send me a replacement cap and asking me if my drive was a regular or GT version and what the size was (despite the information being in the previous email - which was duplicated below his reply) ?????I did reply again thanking James for the reply, while declining the offer for a replacement cap and re-requesting a cable (and including a photograph of the needed part). but since then there has not been any response (and no cable has arrived) ![]() TIA Paul |

Paul, I will resend your request. Please send me a PM with your shipping and contact info. Have a good weekend and sorry about the dodgy cable.
