Did they seize any battered cod or haddock as well? Seems a bit unfair just to target the chips.
 *Jimbo grabs his coat and exits stage left* On a more serious note can someone tell me what law he is alleged to have transgressed? Because I thought it was difficult to prove this is actually an offense under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 or maybe my memory is just not what it once was.
