How are they going to police this? It's easy to say that it's for over 18's only but as anyone who has played an 18+ game online that there is still a massive % of players under that age.

Seriously though, all pre pay mobile phones have the same age confirmation mechanism, How else can you do it unless you get some really high level of detail and get something like address verification + credit profile, a bit ott for what they are trying to do here.
