Can't wait for this, also really hoping they go ahead with the colonial marines game as well.

Awesome! I had no idea they were re-booting this. The 1999 game on the PC, one of my favs.

Yes, cant wait for this! Ive been waiting for ages for a refresh of the original and AVP2 because they were so good but the extras added from today would make it the best again!.

So now i need to go buy a 5870 at feb then? Good, got a reason to upgrade. Anyone know if theres going to be co-op? They should get co-op on it somehow, would be amazing...

A PC game using next gen PC technology to the max rather than being a poor console port. Makes a change these days!

I am looking forward to the name, but why do they have to stick with exactly the same name?

Hopefully, if they don't mess it up!

Yep, the 2nd one was pretty damn good too, although I didn't play it as much.

I installed the 1st one a while back on my PC - just for old times sake...but it pained me to play it being used to modern day graphics. But back then it had a good mix, visual, sound and gameplay.

Wow thats a good price, will pre-order it over christmas i think!. Havent bought a game in awhile now and even if it just is AVP1/2 remodeled for now adays graphics it will own!.

I was really suprised how good the graphics of AVP2 were to be fair, at the time it was the best graphic game right?. Also was the most enjoyable and scariest game i had .

edit: Just watched those 2 videos on amazon, oh my god! How good are those graphics??. I really hope they add melee to this game i.e able to hit away(similar to l4d, for marines etc).
I think this game will be graphically better than crysis from the looks of it question is, how well will it run?. I hope it does run well but i can live with crysis framerates!.

Predator 1 was the only film in the genre really for me.

Anyway, the lighting in the game looks spectacular..
