HEXUS.preview:: Battle of Britain II: Wings of Victory

Earlier on in 2004, GMX Media bought the rights to Rowan’s Battle of Britain flight sim, and since then they’ve been working a sequel, now titled Battle of Britain II: Wings of Victory, which we've had a look at and bring you a preview of.
Well on the way to completion, the game as plenty of features for the prop-head enthusiast… like myself. First off, there’s built in support for Track IR, with the full six degrees of movement. This will allow for head movements such as leaning out the cockpit sideways when taxiing, leaning in to the gunsight reticule for aiming etc.
Pull out the chocks and throttle up for the rest of the preview here.

This is the old Rowans BOB with fancy graphics, right ? Alternatively you could just buy the old game for a fiver and download the 0.99 BDG patch which updates the graphics to not far off the screens in the above preview.
