You’ll most likely know Vivendi best as the guys who helped to bring us the wonderful Half Life and Half Life 2… so a new shooter from them should be something look forward to, shouldn’t it?

do vivendi need any credit other than as a publisher? i'd be much more excited about FEAR if it were tagged as from the same sexy people as classics "no one lives forvever" and "tron 2.0"

I didn't care for this game at all.
In my opinion, they should have named it B.L.A.N.D.

I'm on something live Interval 05 (I'm not sure how many they are), and dont feel the draw of playing it any further.

It's just the same thing over and over.

Retrospectively I really agree. There really wasn't anything special about this game - and not just gameplay wise, graphically too. I still hold that HL2 was far, far more inventive, much more fun and didn't run like a dog (without looking any worse!) like FEAR did.
Not that i'm saying it was a terrible game - it wasn't - but it wasn't 'the best thing ev-er' either.
