I never did finish Skies Of Arcadia on the Dreamcast! Got pretty far...
Actually finding the scattered parts of my Dreamcast would be the first challenge though!!

SSX on PS2, Underground 2, GTA San Andreas, Reach, Halo 2, AC2 and Brotherhood, Gears 1-3, Mass effect 1-3, Killzone on PS2, Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow
Not so much "if I had time", just if I could (as it's sadly no longer available). Grim Fandango - I chuffing loved that game and would love to play it again.
Agreed, Grim Fandango was awesome..I don't think I fully appreciated it at the time. Little did we know it would be the last great point and click. I'd invest in a kickstarter for any sequel that's for sure.
world of warcraft - that game just sucks time out of you
Legend of Dragoon for the PS2 (or was it 1). Probably the only turn-based game i ever enjoyed.
CPU: Intel Core i7 2600 3.40GHz, MB: Gigabyte Z68XP-UD3, RAM: 8GB DDR3, Storage: 3.5TB, Graphics card: Nvida Geforce GTX 560 Ti 1.2GB, OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit.
for me it'd have to be Drakenguard 1+2 for the PS2 and Monster Hunter freedom unite for PSP i spent hours on the drakenguard games and around 250 hours on monster hunter games
I'd go back and finished all the games that I couldn't finish as a child or played of other peoples consoles. The Spyro series, Ratchet and Clank trilogy, Tarzan on PS1, Devil May Cry, COD 4, Deus Ex, Driver...
I'd start Skyrim again and do as much as possible. Haven't touched it in years and never finished it.
I recently went back and played Zelda OoT, was worried it would tarnish the very fond childhood memory i had of it, but I was actually pleasantly surprised to find it held the test of time very well.
Toe Jam and Earl on the Megadrive. Final fight and Mortal Kombat in the arcades. Medal of Honor on the pc, a true classic back in the day. Excellent soundtrack too.
Geoff Crammonds F1 game which people do still pay and you can get the upgraded cars.
JABULANI NONKE
PSX Final Fantasy VII VIII and IX.
