Talking Planetside MMPORG - low cost :)

    Hi,
Well after sorting out re subscribing, did this by getting the cheap intro offer off fileplanet for $9.99 then just using the supplied key with my cd installation.

Pleanetside is really really good!!!!! No lag issues (nice new machine has helped with that problem) lots of people on and lots of squads outfits to join Ive already got the Reaver up and flying and because no lag issues got 6 kills last night.

Anyone else play this anymore? Its worth just trying it again fr 9.99 yuo can find the file planet offer on www.planetside.com. I was against the MMPORG stuff but now Ive tried again its seem very cool. Anyway lots of action last night and top stuff - try it.

I worked out that I spend £72 a year on this game. If I average 6 new games a year then I spend £239 !!!!!!!!!!!!!! and then I usually stop playing many boxed games because they are no good.

    cheers

Yep RAM was the problem we have no problems now Im called PiloTSprAt - gonna get Galaxy next so we can transport people - it was lots of fun last nigth was very impressed with it

NOTE: When I tried to re subscribe it said I had to do a new subscription but when I entered teh cd key I had orginally it said "already registered" so i couldn't re subscribe so if you have the same problem then just pay the $9.9 to file planet and theyll give u a new key then, then just install off your disks you bought (not download software) ad use the fileplanet key when asked

    Cool

Planetside is an extraordinary game. Its years ahead of its time. I've been playing since beta but am currently on something on a short break while I sort some real life issues out before I go back in the comings weeks.
Its good to see after all this time the development team are adding more content. The introduction of the battle islands due towards the end of next month are something to really look forward too.
Just hope when I go back my outfit is still intact. Stepped down as outfit leader to let my second in command have a change for once
I recommend the game to everyone. UT2K4, BF1924 etc are all totally inferior to Planetside

Yeah goto the virtual firing range and get blasting takes about 20 mins and fire at vehicles planes the lot, a good trick is to get max armour nice quick kills and lots of points, you will get 2 battle points and 4 certification points from this

Go where you go to manage your weapons, you pick-up and drag over how many ammo boxes you want. I always used to carry at least 2 heath boxes as well - Mainly cause im crap and got shot lots
