On their website Play Asia say delivery within 24 hours, anyone have experience of this? Might pick up COD3 but if it takes a week to come I can't be bothered waiting.

I got Saints Row, and it took about 4 days to get to me on their cheapest shipping option... but paying £21 quid for it, I didn't mind.
Diablo (Main PC): Corsair Air 540; Gigabyte Z77-D3H; i5 3570k @ 4.4Ghz; 16Gb Corsair Vengeance PC3-12000; 120Gb Samsung 840 EVO; EVGA 980 Ti Hybrid; 2x Dell U2414H; Windows 10 x64.
Imperius (VM Server): 2x Intel 5640, 64Gb RAM, 2x1Tb, 6x Intel NIC, VMware ESX 5.5
Tyrael (File Server): Synology DS410 w/ 4x HD154UI; 2Gb RAM; DSM 5.2
Yeh takes about 4-5 days. Can't complain.
I'd hate to hijack a thread but I have a few other questions about Play Asia and I think some of you guys may be in the know!
1. What happens if a game goes wrong, turns up with a big scratch on it, turns out there's no disc in the box, they send you Perfect Darko Zero when you actually ordered Gears of War (God forbid!)? Is returning items going to be a big problem when using Play Asia?
2. The packaging, is it in Japanese? I have nothing against the Japanese, I love the culture in fact, but it goes without saying that I'd have a helluva time trying to read the manual if it were in Japanese.
3. How about hardware? Even their accessories are cheaper than what we would pay for them. Will hardware bought from them work on a UK 360?
Other than that, is there anything else I need to know when using Play Asia? All I keep reading wherever I look is how many games are now region free, Call of Duty 3, Gears of War, Viva Pinata etc etc. I'm now more tempted than ever to order from Play Asia as it'd be a healthy saving!
Good questions Parm, exactly what I have been wondernig so I will be interested in the replies to this
i can only answer number 2 parm, the packaging on my cod 2 was all in english, Which i believe it is on all region free games.
For number 3 - The hardware is still restricted by NTSC and PAL, so you'd need a PAL peripheral to work with a PAL 360.
Please, please, please make sure you go in to the 'REGION FREE GAMES' rather than the normal selection. To double check, once it's in your cart it says under each title what region it is. e.g. NTSC, Asia J etc.
The best thing about play-asia is that you can pay by PayPal, it's so quick and easy. I'm currently waiting for Saints Row as it came back in stock not long ago. I got an email saying it had been shipped yesterday so I'll post back what the packaging looks like and how long it takes (if it arrives!).
