GTA Vice City Mod "all opened up" -new missions + buildings!!

    http://www.gamershell.com/download_2820.shtml

    Features:

    - more than 100 changes!
    - it's possible to buy new buildings (stadium, airport, harbour, lighthouse)
    - new missions (i.e. PCJ-Race)
    - first mission deleted
    - Apache is immediatly in the military base
    - you'll find all other bikes on the Starting point, instead of the Faggio
    - all gangster bosses are available immediately

And many, many more. But: Old Savegames won't support that modification, so you haveto play it again.

    gonna install it now!

You had to escort mercedes from the boat to the club, it'd be tedious doin all those missions again. I think the best ones are the bank job and the one where you're machine gunning out the side of a hellicopter

yup, another really bad one was the RC plane one where you had to bomb the cubans.....that thing had no control, had to try it about 6 times before I could do it and even then I think it was just luck

RC Plane & Helicopter missions are not so bad if you have a PS to USB adapter for your PC, one of the best gaming related purchase I’ve made (along with Vice City )

I would say anyone who hasn’t all ready completed the game properly should do it first, because the addition of things like the Apache straight away might make a lot of it too easy. I think the games opens up and plays really well.

Is it possible to have two versions of vice city installed on one OS? This patch looks like great fun, but don’t want to lose my saved games in case I ever feel the urge to get to 100 percent complete.

Yeah I know. I am under the impression that the patch modifies the game and that saved games from before the patch application won’t work with an “open-up” patched game installation?

I can keep them backed up. I’d just rather not have to reinstall every time I want to swap between my original saved games the opened up versions.

Suppose I should just go ahead and risk it for a biscuit by trying to install it twice . Just wondering if anyone had all ready tried it?
